Telephone support will be provided in the event of a system failure or developed fault, the client can call the support line to resolve the issue over the phone. Élan will endeavor to receive the call immediately and ensure the most appropriate course of action is taken to bring a swift resolution. There are also several options for support outside of the normal business day these will be evaluated on an individual basis.
Remote support can be offered where given access through a secure connection to the internal network – direct connection the problematic hardware or system remotely enables a swift resolution to the problem. This can also be utillised to keep a monitoring of the network to catch potential problems before they impact the usage of the network for the end user and prevent unnecessary downtime.
When faults can not be resolved by either Telephone or Remote support then a site visit will be required. With several levels of response time your business will be able to choose the most appropriate to you in the event of a complete system failure. |
